Our Guesthouse is also strategically located (not in the old town), nearby the two markets Warorrot Market (local Chinese market) and the Night Bazaar. Walking distance to down town Chiang Mai it's just a 15 - 20 minutes away.

If you are interested on doing some tours our staff from the Guesthouse travel agency authorised by the Tourist Authority Thailand (T.A.T) with License No. 23-1176 for selling tour's, is appreciate to help you with friendly advice and suggestions.

Last but not least, in our neighbourhood you can find plenty of shops including art and handy craft galleries, popular bars and restaurants, snug tea and coffee shops and of course the convenience of a 7/11 Mini Mart.
